Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Hubungan Work-life balance, Transformational leadership, Dan Organizational Justice Pada Event Organizer

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara work-life balance, transformational leadership, dan organizational justice terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan di sektor Event Organizer. Fokus utama studi ini adalah mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen kunci yang mempengaruhi OCB, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi tim manajemen untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adil, seimbang, dan mendukung perilaku positif dalam organisasi yang dinamis dan penuh tekanan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Forms kepada 150 responden yang dipilih secara acak sederhana. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS 30.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap OCB. Sebaliknya, transformational leadership menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang juga tidak signifikan. Sementara itu, organizational justice memberikan dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap OCB. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perilaku OCB dalam sektor Event Organizer lebih dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik individu dan dinamika tempat kerja dibandingkan dengan aturan formal atau gaya kepemimpinan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen disarankan untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas kerja, memperkuat komunikasi dua arah, dan membangun sistem keadilan yang transparan untuk mendorong loyalitas dan perilaku sukarela karyawan.
