Ary Priambodo, S.E., M.B.A. is a lecturer in Human Resource Management at UPN Veteran Jakarta. His research centres on employee work behaviour and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), with a focus on theorizing how structural role conditions and organizational culture shape engagement, withdrawal, and sustainable performance in emerging economies.
