Focus and Scope

Journal of Business & Applied Management focused on Business & Applied Management studies. Each edition, Journal of Business & Applied Management received manuscripts that had focus on the following issues below with scope:

Human Resource

Human Resources is also the function in an organization that deals with the people and issues related to people such as compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring employees, onboarding employees, performance management, training, and organization development and culture.

Marketing

Marketing refers to activities undertaken by a company to promote the buying or selling of a product or service. Marketing includes advertising, selling, and delivering products to consumers or other businesses.


Finance

Finance is a broad term that describes activities associated with banking, leverage or debt, credit, capital markets, money, and investments. Basically, finance represents money management and the process of acquiring needed funds. Finance also encompasses the oversight, creation, and study of money, banking, credit, investments, assets, and liabilities that make up financial systems.

Banking

Banking is an industry that handles cash, credit, and other financial transactions. Banking is one of the key drivers of the U.S. economy.

Business Strategy

Business strategy can be understood as the course of action or set of decisions which assist the entrepreneurs in achieving specific business objectives.

Business Digital

Bigital businesses use technology to create new value in business models, customer experiences and the internal capabilities that support its core operations. The term includes both digital-only brands and traditional players that are transforming their businesses with digital technologies.

Peer Review Process

Every article that goes to the chief editorial will be send to section editor through Initial Review processes. Then, the articles will be sent to the peer reviewers to get Double Blind Peer Review Process. Then, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take 2 months for a maximum time. In the each manuscript, peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects.

 

Publication Frequency

Journal of Business & Applied Management published twice annually March and September.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Publication Ethics

Journal of Business & Applied Management is a peer-reviewed journal published Department of Management in Master Degree of Universitas Bunda Mulia. This statement clarifies ethical behaviour of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article in this journal, including the author, the chief editor, the Editorial Board, the peer-reviewer and the publisher. This statement is based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

In writing Citation and Bibliography, editor Journal of Business & Applied Management suggests authors to use the Mendeley Reference Management Software.
