THE EFFECT OF ADOPTION OF E-LEARNING INNOVATIONS ON STUDENTS 'LEARNING INTENTION WITH LEARNING MOTIVATION MEDIATED

Abstract


The new normal era is part of the new adaptation of Indonesian society. The education community in tertiary institutions in particular is required to make learning patterns from conventional learning to more innovative e-learning based learning so that it can be accepted effectively and efficiently. The survey method used in this study was a questionnaire using google form, from a population of all students in Jakarta who experienced e-learning learning with the accidental sampling method. Determination of the sample by Hair et al, obtained 83 respondents as a sample of the population. The analysis of the research model was carried out by using Part Least Square (PLS) with reliable and valid results according to the rule of thumb. All hypotheses of the 4 (four) problem formulations state that there is a significant variable relationship with a positive and indirect effect between the application of innovation on interest in learning through learning motivation. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the e-learning learning pattern as a learning activity in higher education is the best choice, the achievement of e-learning exceeds conventional learning, e-learning learning is a safe basic need in higher education. education. new normal era, and do not detract from the relationship. interpersonal during e-learning.
