SAYA SUDAH MENDAPAT PELAJARAN DAN SAYA INGIN BEBAS NARKOBA: OPTIMISME DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL PADA PENGGUNA NARKOBA

Abstract


Masalah penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan permasalahan yang terjadi hampir di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia, dengan status Indonesia darurat narkoba mengindikasikan bahwa peredaran dan penggunaan narkoba merupakan masalalah yang nyata dan butuh perhatian. Permasalahan penggunaan atau kecanduan narkoba ini jika tidak di selesaikan dengan baik maka kualitas hidup individu akan rendah dan tidak mampu berfungsi secara optimal baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Motivasi sembuh pada pengguna narkoba ditentukan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, optimisme sebagai proses intrapersonal dan dukungan sosial suatu bentuk dukungan oleh orang lain di sekitar individu diharapkan mampu mendorong pemulihan pada pengguna narkoba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris apakah optimisme dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap motivasi untuk sembuh pengguna narkoba. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 112 pengguna narkoba yang menjalani rehabilitasi baik rawat jalan maupun rawat inap. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga skala, skala LOT-R digunakan untuk mengukur optimisme, skala MSPSS digunakan untuk mengukur dukungan sosial, dan skala TCU Treatment Motivation Scale untuk mengukur motivasi untuk sembuh. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan hasil penelitian Fregresi 15, 574 dan p<0,05 hal ini  menunjukan bahwa optimisme dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama mampu memprediksi motivasi untuk sembuh pengguna narkoba dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 22,5%.
