Peer Review Process

Every scientific paper received by the editor will be reviewed by two reviewers (or more), and the final decision whether or not worthy of a scientific paper to be published in the journal will be based on the assessment of the editorial board.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Publication Frequency

JIEMS publishes two (2) times a year, in February and August, and is bilingual.
