Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Terintegrasi Pada Perusahaan Konsultan IT

Abstract


Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Sistem Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Terintegrasi (Human Resource Management System atau HRMS) di PT. ABC, sebuah perusahaan IT di Asia Tenggara. Fokus utama penelitian adalah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kolaborasi lintas departemen, dan distribusi peran yang lebih optimal dalam pengelolaan SDM. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif berbasis Project Communications Management, mencakup lima proses utama: identifikasi pemangku kepentingan, perencanaan komunikasi, distribusi informasi, pengelolaan ekspektasi, dan pelaporan kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi HRMS yang optimal dapat meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi proyek, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, dan mendukung manajemen SDM yang lebih terstruktur. Temuan ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti keterlambatan pengisian timesheet dan miskomunikasi antar fungsi yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian menyoroti peran penting teknologi dalam mengelola kompleksitas tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi pelatihan karyawan berkelanjutan, alokasi sumber daya yang lebih sistematis, serta penerapan pengingat otomatis untuk mendukung akuntabilitas tim. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan keberhasilan proyek secara keseluruhan, sekaligus mendukung kinerja bisnis yang berkelanjutan.
