Abstract


The rapid economic China today, it is added by the magnitude of the adult population which reached more than 1.3 billion people make various industries in the world are competing to immerse its investation in there. Therefore, a prerequisite important that must be fulfilled by an investor in order to build confidence local public is the ability to communicate in mandarin. As a result, mandarin international language are now second only to english. Mandarin used by more than one billion people around the world and a mastery of mandarin is often identify with a more nascent stars career prospects someone especially for those who want to plunge in the business world. As for the results of this research are based on the theory of the effectiveness in teaching advanced by Slavin. effective Learning is said to be visible from four aspects, namely: Quality of instruction, Apropriate levels of instruction, the Incentive of instruction and time. While according to Shaktivel, students ' satisfaction indicators there are 5 elements, including: the delivery of each course syllabus enroll, submitting the assessment at the beginning of each lecture, processes already in accordance with the syllabus that has been agreed between lecturers and students, lecturers delivering lecture materials in accordance with the tasks, using different source Material of lectures which were already tested quality.The author will do to research the effectiveness of learning Chinese language at the Bunda Mulia University with a connection in the industrialized world in accordance with the University's vision To be the pre-eminent college that organizes high-quality education and industry oriented.
