The differences of multiple attributive order in Chinese and Indonesian often cause errors in interpretation. We made a research among the fourth-grade students of the Chinese Department of Bunda Mulia University. Through the analysis of the recorded transcript about Chinese-Indonesian interpretation, we found the error types include attributives missing, mis-additive composition, interpreting word by word, content misinterpretation, order reversal, and dislocation of components. Among the three types of multiple attribute, the highest error ratio is the progressive type. The structure and semantic meaning of the interpretation often do not match the original text.
