SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN PERANGKAT LUNAK LAYANAN PENGOLAH PEMUNGUTAN SUARA ELEKTRONIK DALAM MENDUKUNG PEMBERDAYAAN PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN

Abstract


ABSTRACT

There was a transition from the manually voting process is done into a decision to utilize the processing electronic voting services. In this research, decision support system is used to assist in the effort choosing the type of electronic voting software processing services of several types of software services that exist at this time to be selected or used by end users. The method is using the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method was chosen because it is able to choose the supreme alternative out of several alternatives to solve the problems of software selection processing services electronic voting based on specified criteria. From the data processing can be concluded that the first sequence is Online-Voting; the second is Express-Vote; third is Simply-Voting; and the fourth is Online-Ballot.
