Abstract
The Covid-19 epidemic has changed the face of education, and the remodeling and strengthening of the learning environment, the first to bear the brunt is the teacher. Under the repeated epidemic situation, the teaching form is constantly changing, and teachers have to constantly adapt and adjust. When we care about students' learning effectiveness and psychological quality, at the same time, the psychological quality of teachers is often overlooked. Therefore, this study explored the anxiety of Chinese teachers in Indonesia in the post-epidemic era to understand the challenges and problems faced by teachers. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 35 local primary school Chinese teachers in Jakarta, Indonesia to investigates and analyzes teachers' internal anxiety dimensions (before class, during class, and after class) and external anxiety dimensions (from parents, students, and schools). The results showed that teachers were worried about the long preparation time before class, classroom order and management of the class during the class, and the fun of the class after class. In the external anxiety section, teachers are very concerned about students' recognition of the fun and teaching methods of the class, teachers are anxious about lesson preparation when the school arranges classroom observation, and were concerned about parents who had high expectations regarding their ability to enhance students' interest in learning.
