Along with the development of the economic condition, the demand for human resources who can speak Chinese/mandarin fluently are increase. In the areas of business, a person must have their own expertise. To provide human resources who can compete in this field, the UBM Chinese Language and Culture department opened Chinese Language for Business courses for the 3^rd year. Therefore, inn this occasion the author analyzed the materials “Erya Zhongwen: Gaoji Shangwu Hanyu Huihua Jiaocheng (Shang ce)” to know whether those materials is suitable with the principles of writing materials and suitable to be used for Chinese Language for Business courses. The author found that the learning materials are already in compliance with the principles of writing materials making it suitable to be used as learning materials for 3^rdyear student’s of the Chinese language and Culture department in UBM.
