ANALISIS PERBEDAAN IMBUHAN BAHASA INDONESIA DAN BAHASA TIONGHOA (汉语与印尼语的词缀对比研究)
Abstract
Chinese and Indonesian are completely different languages, these two languages have their own different morphological methods, especially in regard of affixes. Indonesian is a morphological language, using affixes to form a word is very common, because Indonesian affixes themselves have no meaning unless a radical is added. Chinese is a non-morphological language, the position of the affixes are all fixed, the affixes and the radicals are adhered to each other tightly. The main content of this article is to define and research Chinese and Indonesian types of affixes, noting similarities and differences between these two languages’ affixes. The result of this study can help people who learn Indonesian and Chinese to understand better affixes and word formation.
