In the process of learning Chinese, the importance of reading comprehension cannot be underestimated. The purpose of reading is not only to understand the main content of the article, but also to acquire new knowledge from reading, and to enrich one's own vocabulary. Reading is closely related to interest, and interest plays an important role in reading. The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between reading interest and business Chinese reading comprehension ability of third-year Chinese for Business major students of Bunda Mulia University. This research uses Chinese reading comprehension tests and questionnaires to collect data. The research results are the business Chinese reading comprehension ability of the third-year Chinese for Business major students of Bunda Mulia University is good enough; students have a high interest in reading extracurricular books; students' business reading comprehension ability and reading interest are highly correlated.
