Abstract

With the cooperation between China and India in economy, culture, tourism, etc., the demand for Chinese talents is also increasing, and there are more and more Indonesian students learning Chinese. Therefore, as a place for cultivating talents, universities are aware of the country's demand for Chinese talents, and thus began to set up Chinese majors. Each college has different elective courses and training directions. At the same time, it is necessary to know whether the courses offered by the school meet the company's recruitment requirements? Does the school need to adjust? Because of these problems, the author focuses on the ability requirements of the companies in Jakarta for Chinese department graduates, and analyzes the curriculum planning of four universities, "A University", "B University", "C University" and "D University". ". The research results suggest that University A can be strengthened in terms of attitude and general skills, because overall, University A is the second last in terms of attitude, and the lowest in terms of general skills. The second is University B, which can be strengthened in terms of attitude and knowledge, especially in terms of attitude, because overall, University B has the lowest attitude in terms of attitude, and most companies pay more attention to attitude, so University B can improve in terms of attitude strengthening. Finally, C University and D University should also strengthen their general skills.
