Abstract


Quantifier occupies a very important position in the foreign language teaching. Chinese quantifiers are not only difficult to learn,but also difficult to teach. Therefore, the rich Chinese measure words have always been the difficult point and a troublesome issue to foreign learner. This paper will summarize the present situation of the quantifiers study in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the current situation of students learning Chinese quantifiers and causes of errors .Then this paper will put forward some teaching strategies.
